IVEX, LLC was formed in July 2002 with the intention of offering a full range of real estate investment services from identifying and acquiring undervalued properties through providing worry-free property management. To further expand our offerings, in October 2002, IVEX Mortgage, LLC was formed with the intention of providing high quality loans in combination with superior client service.

Chris Rooney, President
Chris has 13 years experience in residential Real Estate with the Realty House and has been involved in over 1000 Real Estate transactions. In addition, Chris has three years experience in the home building and construction business as owner of Rock Creek Homes during which time over 40 houses were built. Chris has over 10 years experience providing superior Property Management services.

Steve Sammis, Vice President
Steve has over 20 years in operational and financial management experience. During this time he has been responsible for business units achieving multi-million dollars in annual revenues with personnel responsibility for upwards of 100 employees. Steve has an extensive background in contract management and extensive experience working with regulatory agencies.

Renee Schmitz, Business Development Director
Renee has over 5 years in marketing and business development. Much of her responsibilities included project managing the web development for three companies, as well as training and education of the tools created for the sales department and the customer. Renee also has experience in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Her superior customer service and knowledge of our financial lenders continues to strengthen the relationship of our customers and investors.

Christine Rooney, Property Management Director
Christine has over 7 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial Property Management. Her Property Management experience and responsibilities have included financial management, maintenance, renter interface, and regulatory expertise. Christine has proven experience in providing superior, customer oriented Property Management services for a wide range of properties from single-family home residential properties all the way through multi-unit apartment buildings. Christine is recognized as an industry expert by governing renter agencies.
