In 1964, several leaders in real estate brokerage joined to form The Realty
House. The headlines read “New Approach to the Real Estate Business is Embodied
in Cooperative Venture Undertaken by Four Realtors at The Realty House. Today
the broker-owners have grown to twenty-five. With nearly 100 years experience
in the real estate industry, the Rooney family has established a reputation of
